Wobaka offers an optional integration with Gmail that allows you to send and receive emails directly within the Wobaka application. If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Wobaka requests access to the following Google user data through the Gmail API:
- Read access to your Gmail messages (gmail.readonly scope): Wobaka reads your email messages and metadata (such as sender, recipient, subject, date, and message body) in order to sync and display your email conversations within the Wobaka application. This allows you to view and manage your email correspondence alongside your CRM contacts and deals.
- Send access (gmail.send scope): Wobaka uses this permission to send emails on your behalf directly from the Wobaka application, so that you can compose and send messages to your contacts without leaving the platform. Emails are sent through your connected Gmail account.
How we use your Gmail data: Your Gmail data is used solely to provide the email features within Wobaka. This includes syncing your inbox, displaying email threads associated with your CRM contacts, and sending emails on your behalf when you compose messages in Wobaka. We do not share your Gmail data or use your Gmail data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to providing and improving the Wobaka email functionality.
Revoking access: You can revoke Wobaka's access to your Gmail data at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account in Wobaka's settings or by removing Wobaka from your Google account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
